Site Analysis.

Kuala Terengganu is the administrative capital. Royal capital of Terengganu. It is widely known as the main economic centre of Terengganu because of its location. Despite having the smallest area among the districts, it has the largest population within the state and is a city of itself.
Our chosen site is an amalgamation of 3 lots, 1761,1762 and 3540. It is currently occupied by the bangunan MARA, a parking lot, ,a small undeveloped lot and a few single-storey shops lots. It is bound by 3 roads, namely Jalan Masjid Abidin, Jalan Sultan Zainal Abidin and Jalan Tok Lam. It is located adjacent to the compound of Istana Maziah ( State Palace ), as well as within walking distance to Pasar Payang (local market place), Dataran Shahbandar, and Kampung Cina (Chinatown).
- The Proposed Site -
Proposed site were located at the newly built Pesisir Payang waterfront, right infront of the temporary pasar payang and facing towards the Sungai Terengganu ( Terengganu River ). The proposed site were a newly built area however due to several reason the site didn't catch much attention by the locals/ visitors, as for now the only time that this site crowded is during the morning market.
